A delectable selection of local favorites from which to choose. The history of the "Hawaiian Plate Lunch" began back in the plantation era, when sugar cane workers from all over the world would share their lunches during break time. Loco Moco paired with kim chee? You gotta try it.

A Hawaiian original, shoyu chicken is braised skinless chicken thighs in a shoyu-based sauce. Tender and onolicious!

You can't beat this mouth-watering tower of comfort food—fresh white rice, 1/4 lb. hamburger patty, and topped with a fried egg, all smothered in a beef/shoyu gravy.

KALUA PORK AND CABBAGE
Enjoy this ultimate Hawaiian treat–without having to build an imu in your yard!
Imu is Hawaiian for oven, which is made in the ground—and Kalua is the process of cooking the meat in an imu. Kalua pork is slowly cooked with a slight hint of smokiness. Paired with sweet cabbage from the slopes of Haleakala.
